The past week has really been headache after headache. This time last week, i was non-stop thinking about the recital and how i was feeling really unprepared. The weekend was juggling preparing for the upcoming chem and math elective tests as well as practising saxophone. But in no time, the weekend passed and monday came, bringing the chem test which went.. alright la i guess. Math was “intro” to vectors and ta;ling about assignment 3. Bio was pretty lax this week probably cos it was practical. (shit i got a shitload of elective stuff to catch up with!) then followed by the lab’s discussion in the staffroom’s conference room. Spent that night studying for Tuesday’s sequences test which also went okay lah. The audi rehearsal before was depressing though. Everything was squeezed and very forced. Oh and if i’m not wrong i survived the day on 4 hours of sleep. And another 4 hours to last through Wednesday, which was travelling to tampines, to bugis and back to school for “chamber music” which kinda burned me out. So i decided to take a one hour nap which stretched to two hours. Bleh. And about 80% of my practise time was spent on memorizing the piece. Ah well. Thursday and Friday were somewhat better even if i had to endure English and being dragged through complex numbers (and i was trying okay!). ah well, yesterday afternoon was having my final lesson as well as enjoying a bit of fresh air before coming home to mug for the complex numbers test. The test itself sucked and i’m guessing to at most pass (if i’m lucky). And ah well, the rest is history.

I guess its just been stressful, having to balance school along with the pressure that recital brought and the sporadic outbursts of.. strong emotional unbalance. So yeah i’m glad this week is over and i thank God for guiding me through all the way as well as blessing me with loving family and friends because without them i would’ve had a much harder time.
